Real Deal Tom Collins

Sweet, sour, and slightly fizzy, the Toms Collins is an enduring favorite. Apparently, our taste for lemonade goes way back. The Tom Collins was mentioned in the book How to Mix Drinks by Bartender “Professor” Jerry Thomas in 1862, and was likely a popular drink prior to that.

Prep Time

5 minutes
    • 2 oz American Liquor Co Vodka

    1 oz fresh lemon juice

.5 oz simple syrup, Kater Wingman sparkling water, to top

  • 1. Add American Liquor Co Vodka, lemon juice, and syrup to a Collins glass—a Ball jar will do just fine too

    2. Fill with ice

    3. Top with sparkling water and swizzle

    4. Garnish with a lemon twist and a sprig of mint

Enjoy!
